This is one of my most requested recipes. It is the best non-fried chicken recipe that Ive tasted. Chicken is battered and breaded, but then baked on the other hand of fried.

The ingredient of Lindas sham and Bake Chicken

  1. 1 cup cornflake crumbs
  2. u00bd cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
  3. 2 teaspoons salt
  4. u00bd teaspoon garlic powder
  5. u00bd teaspoon onion powder
  6. u00bd teaspoon paprika
  7. u00be cup evaporated milk
  8. 1 egg
  9. u00bc cup lemon juice
  10. 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  11. 4 pounds bone-in chicken pieces, like skin
  12. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  13. cooking spray

The instruction how to make Lindas sham and Bake Chicken

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a shallow baking dish in the manner of cooking spray.
  2. In one bowl, stir up together the cornflake crumbs, bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. In out of the ordinary bowl, rouse together the evaporated milk, egg, lemon juice and butter using a fork.
  3. Dip the chicken pieces in flour, and shake off the excess. Dip into the milk batter, then into the crumb mixture. Place pieces in a single addition in the greased baking dish. Spray the height of the chicken once cooking spray.
  4. Bake outside for 1 hour in the preheated oven, until nicely browned, and juices run clear.
